Individual CBT is a structured, time-limited form of talk therapy that helps people understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In one-on-one sessions with a trained therapist, individuals learn to recognize unhelpful thinking patterns, challenge and reframe them, and practice new coping skills and behaviors. The focus is on building practical tools that can be applied in everyday life to reduce distress and improve well-being.
Art therapy is a creative and supportive form of therapy that uses artmaking to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You don’t need to have any artistic skills or background—art therapy is not about creating “good” art but about using the creative process as a tool for self-expression, reflection, and healing.
In sessions, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can use drawing, painting, collage, or other creative materials to explore what may be difficult to put into words. Together, we’ll use both the artwork and conversation to help you gain insight, reduce stress, and discover new ways of coping.
Mindfulness and guided meditation are powerful practices that help bring awareness to the present moment with compassion and curiosity. In our sessions, I provide gentle guidance to support you in slowing down, noticing your thoughts and feelings without judgment, and developing a greater sense of calm and clarity.
These practices can help reduce stress, improve focus, and build resilience when facing life’s challenges. You don’t need prior experience with meditation—together, we’ll find approaches that feel comfortable and meaningful for you, whether through breathwork, body awareness, or guided imagery.
